Solid pho option, a little slow at times but very nice workers there and we come back to this place often.
Food is delicious. It's better than other pho places. The soup doesn't taste like sink water like other pho places in hollister.
My friends and I stopped here while passing through Hollister. I ordered the veggie pho with tofu. The dish came out steaming hot and was served in a nice sized bowls the broth was decently flavorful, which is not always the case for veggie pho. Aside from noodles, the ingredients were a little sparse. Price was a bit steep. But overall, it was pretty tasty.
FOOD: Considering this place is off the beaten track ( in Salinas of all places) it was a very pleasant surprise. Very authentic and delicious flavors. No American substitutions. The Mango Salad had grated mango, real Thai basil, lots of shrimp and a delicious spicy dressing. The Spring Rolls were tasty, but nothing special. The Pho was delicious! I noted that they had Banh Mi on the menu (for some reason, they did not call it by that name??); can't wait come back for lunch and try it, as well as other types of Pho. AMBIANCE: Shopping mall cafe, with a somewhat successful attempt to make it 'cozy'. SERVICE: Fast and friendly. Nothing was left wanting. SO IF U SHOULD EVER FIND YOURSELF IN NORTH SALINAS (CA), and if you like good authentic Vietnamese Food, be sure and check this place out. And since the place is just off Hwy 101, anyone driving thru Salinas on 101 can get off on Boronda and travel 1 mi East for a great adventuresome meal.
The lady at the register is always very kind to me and their boba is the best I've had! I love the pho and fried rice as well, the vibe is so cute in the outside seating area and I've never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend to everyone !!
The eggrolls, spring rolls, and soup were all very tasty. Best pho place in Hollister. I have been to other pho places in Hollister, but this one is the greatest so far! Definitely, we will be returning.
To Pho is a great casual restaurant in downtown Hollister. Small establishment with at counter ordering and lackluster ambience, but the food is delicious! And service fast!! I had the beef pho with broth so delicious that I wanted more. Great portion though with plenty of beef and noodles to leave completely satisfied. They bring all the fixings to spice and crunch it up! I think of the 2 pho restaurants in town, this one has way more flavor! My wife had the spring rolls with were flavorful and plenty. Great little place for a noodle craving. We can't wait to go back!
This restaurant is in the Hollister downtown area which looks much busier and nicer from when I was here a long time ago. To Pho is not much to look at but the food was excellent. The all women crew are doing a great job!
